The beginning of investment and lozan urban development was in 2007 in the United Arab Emirates, where it delivered 17 compounds (villas) with integrated
services that wereestablished in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zayed City, and Khalifa Bin Zayed City (A).
