LUD (lozan urban development )and El Rabwa Group launched the third phase,
known as "RAD," of the Rift Business Park project with a total sales value of 6.5 billion.
This project is a collaboration between lud and El Rabwa Group and has garnered significant

"The Rift Business Park" is considered one of the most significant commercial, administrative, and medical projects in East Cairo,
thanks to its prime location in Mostakbal city. It spans up to 70,000 square metres and is situated on Plot No. 1 in Mostakbal city,
directly on the central Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis and the entrance to the New Administrative Capital on the Middle Ring Road,
between the Suez Road and Ain Sokhna Road.
The project's strategic location and engineering designs make it one of the most prominent real estate investment opportunities.
It is expected to boost sales rapidly, especially given that it will house renowned stores and important brands.
